DAY 1 – WELCOME TO ISRAEL
Welcome to Israel! Upon arrival at Ben Gurion international Airport you will be greeted and assisted by Sachlav’s staff. We will help attend to any immediate needs, before you board your private coach transfer to Tel Aviv. You will then check in, and have time to settle into your hotel.

DAY 2 – ALONG THE COAST
Our first full day of touring begins with a visit to the ruins of ancient Caesarea, mentioned in the Bible (Acts 23:23) as the place where Paul was arrested. We will continue driving along the coast towards Haifa and Mt. Carmel, to the site where the prophet Elijah overcame the prophets of Baal in the name of the God of Israel. We will finish the day at the beautiful Rosh Hanikra grottoes, located on the northwest coastline.

DAY 3 – THE SEA OF GALILEE
After breakfast we will visit Megiddo, the site of countless historical battles, and the prophesied location of the final battle spoken of in Revelations. We will then continue to Jesus’ hometown of Nazareth, to visit the Basilica of the Annunciation, the Synagogue Church and the “Mount of the Leap” (Luke 4, 29-30). Continuing our journey, we will pay a visit to the Magdala archeological site, to explore the ancient ruins of this 1st century village, and the birthplace of Mary Magdalene. We’ll finish our day in Cana in the Galilee, at the site of the wedding feast described in John chapter 2.

DAY 4 – NORTHERN LANDSCAPES
Start the day with a panoramic view of the north from Mount Bental, overlooking Syria and the Golan. Continue to a viewpoint atop Mt. Arbel, where there’s the option of enjoying a short hike, before driving towards the Banias River and national park. Continuing along the Sea of Galilee, we’ll make a stop to view the 2000 year old fishing boat known as the “Jesus Boat” at Ginossar. We’ll start the second half of the day with a visit to Tabgha, to see the Mount of Beatitudes, Chapel of Peter’s Primacy, and Church of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes. We’ll then visit Capernaum, where Jesus performed many miracles, see the House of Peter, and tour the ancient synagogue. We’ll finish the day with a boat ride from Capernaum to Tiberias.

DAY 5 – LIVING WATERS & THE HOLY CITY
Today we’ll start our morning at the Yardenit baptismal site on the Jordan River. We’ll then begin our journey south through the Jordan Valley, passing the ancient site of Gilgal, which is mentioned 37 times in the Bible. Our drive will take us through Jericho, where we’ll stop to see the Mount of Temptations. Upon our arrival in Jerusalem we’ll ascend the Mt of Olives to enjoy our first glimpse of the Holy City, and make a toast to our arrival.

DAY 6– THE CITY OF JERUSALEM
Start the day where the journey of Jesus began. Explore Bethlehem, visit the Church of the Nativity, and the Shepherd’s field. Return to Jerusalem, and visit Mt. Zion, the Upper room, King David’s tomb, and the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu. Finish off your day with a visit to the pools of Bethesda, the Garden of Gethsemane and The Garden the tomb.

DAY 7 – JERUSALEM THEN & NOW
Start another exciting day in Jerusalem with a tour of the City of David, exiting through Hezekiah’s tunnels. Continue with a walking tour to the Davidson’s archeological park, the Southern Steps and Western wall. We’ll then explore the Rabbinical Tunnels, uncovering a world of history below the Western Wall. Come lunchtime, we will visit the famous Machane Yehuda market, which has a buzzing atmosphere and countless local food stalls serving a large variety of Middle Eastern cuisine.

DAY 8 – A DESERT EXPERIENCE LIKE NO OTHER
Today you will get an authentic taste of life in the Negev desert, by starting your day with a cup of Bedouin coffee and an early morning camel ride across the Negev Desert. We’ll then ascend Mt Masada to explore the ancient fortress and ruins of Herod’s palace, and admire the breathtaking view over the Dead Sea. Once we’ve made our way down Masada, we’ll take some time to enjoy the beautiful oasis of the Ein Gedi national park. Our next stop will be Qumran, the site where the Dead Sea scrolls were discovered. After lunch, we will head towards the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea, where we’ll be able to float in the salty mineral-rich water and enjoy a natural mud mask.

DAY 9 –AN UNBELIEVABLE HISTORY
Today we will start our journey with a visit to the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum and pay our respects to those lost in the Holocaust, as well as the righteous of the nations, who the site of the Tabernacle and the first capital, Shiloh. We will then continue to Tel Aviv. Our first stop in Tel Aviv will be a tour of the ancient city of Jaffa (New Testament Joppa) and the House of Simon the Tanner. Once our day of touring is complete, we’ll freshen up at the hotel and venture out to experience the city with TLV Show, a completely new way to experience the metropolitan hub of Israel.

DAY 10 – THE BEST OF TEL AVIV
This morning we will visit Independence Hall, and stand in the same room where the State of Israel was declared. We will then have time to explore the Carmel Market, and enjoy the widest selection of food, art and souvenirs. After lunch, we’ll visit the Israeli Innovation Center, which showcases some of Israel’s most spectacular inventions.

DAY 11 – TRAVEL HOME
